Manju Krishan Co-Founder & Kitchen Manager

For Manju, cooking has always been about more than just food—it’s about connection, culture, and care. Originally from India and now a SLO local, she brings her passion and experience into every dish, helping share a piece of her roots with the community through TGIBF.

Khola Javed Co-Founder & Head Chef

Khola leads the kitchen at TGIBF, bringing authentic technique and flavor to every dish. Originally from Pakistan and now a SLO local, she moved a few years ago and has continued her passion for cooking ever since. Through TGIBF, she’s excited to share a taste of home with the community, creating food that’s rooted in tradition and made with care.

Noor Shamsi

Co-Founder & Marketing

Noor leads marketing at TGIBF, bringing the brand to life and connecting it with the SLO community. Fresh out of high school and raised in SLO, she’s passionate about sharing culture through food. Biryani has always been her favorite, and through TGIBF, she’s excited to bring those flavors and traditions to the place she calls home.

Sabeen Ali

Co-founder & Operations

Sabeen leads the business and operations side of TGIBF, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from the Bay Area and of Pakistani background, she brings both a love for cooking and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. After attending Cal Poly, she fell in love with SLO and is excited to build something meaningful here while sharing culture through food.

Laila Shamsi

Co-Founder & Kitchen Assistant

Laila supports the kitchen at TGIBF, helping bring each batch together with care and attention. Currently in high school and based in SLO, she has a genuine love for cooking and enjoys being part of the process from prep to finish. Through TGIBF, she’s excited to learn, grow, and share culture through food with her community.
